These Terms of Sale explain how purchases work at OFF VVS.

Product Materials

OFF VVS product pages are written to be clear about materials. VVS moissanite is not a mined diamond. Cubic zirconia/CZ products are not moissanite and not mined diamonds. Please review the product page, size, material, finish, and collection before checkout.

Order Review

Before placing an order, confirm the correct item, quantity, size, color/finish, address, and contact information. Ring sizes and jewelry dimensions should be checked carefully before purchase.

Availability

Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, OFF VVS may offer an alternative, wait for restock, or cancel/refund the affected item.

Shipping Offer

Free shipping applies to orders over $500 or qualifying VIP membership orders. Other shipping rates and options appear at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy. Custom, altered, worn, used, final-sale, or incomplete returns may be refused.

Care

Jewelry should be kept away from harsh chemicals, heavy impact, moisture exposure, and rough storage. Use a soft cloth and proper jewelry storage to protect shine and finish.
