Refund Policy
OFF VVS accepts eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and any certificate or included documents.
Return Eligibility
To request a return, contact 1071514778@qq.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for return. Returns must be approved before sending anything back.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, altered, final sale, and hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect. Items showing wear, damage, missing packaging, missing certificates, or signs of use may be refused.
Discount Collection
Discount/CZ items are clearly described as cubic zirconia or discount jewelry where applicable. Please review material details before checkout. Sale or final-sale items may have limited return eligibility.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using tracked shipping because OFF VVS cannot refund items we do not receive.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the item, packaging, and order details so we can review it quickly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved. Size exchanges depend on availability.
