Refund Policy

OFF VVS accepts returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unaltered items in original packaging.

Returned jewelry must be unused, free from scratches or damage, and include all original packaging and included materials. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return is inspected and approved.
