Shipping Policy

OFF VVS is operated by HK Stellar Global, a company registered in Hong Kong SAR. Orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Mainland China and shipped worldwide.

Processing time: orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During high-demand drops processing may take up to 5 business days, and we will email you if your order is affected.

Shipping options: orders over $500 qualify for free insured shipping. Orders under $500 may choose Standard Shipping for $25, estimated 7-14 working days after dispatch, or First Class Shipping for $50, estimated 3-7 working days after dispatch.

Tracking: every order ships with tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of dispatch, email support@offvvs.com and we will resolve it.

Customs and import duties: because orders ship internationally from Mainland China, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs clearance may also add time to the delivery estimates above.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or address issues. Please confirm your shipping address before checkout. OFF VVS is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
