Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-volume drops, holidays, or fraud/security review, processing may take longer.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping usually takes 7-14 business days after dispatch. Express shipping may be available at checkout and usually takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Free Shipping

Orders over $500 qualify for free shipping. OFF VVS VIP members may also receive free shipping benefits according to the VIP offer shown at checkout or on the VIP page.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email or SMS if provided. Tracking may take 24-72 hours to update after the courier scans the package.

Address Accuracy

Please enter your shipping address carefully. OFF VVS is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address before the order ships.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or local delivery charges unless those charges are clearly collected at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
